• Current Labor Rate - as of June 15, 2008 - $25 USD per hour *

• Any material cost will be itemized and assessed in addition to the above labor cost.

• An additional transportation fee may be added to the project total in consideration of material transport from building material suppliers or for transporting our technicians over longer distances from our staging areas.

• Prices above are specific to the Colorado Springs and Fountain Colorado Areas. All project charges outside of this area will be accounted for during preliminary discussions with the project client prior to start of work.
